Christ's Church of Amherst (CCA) is an evangelical, Bible based, non denomnational church. Our members come from a wide variety of Christian traditions, and we enjoy a wide variety of worship styles and approaches to ministry. We are excited about the unique vision and call God has given our church, and we warmly invite you to partner with us on this spiritual journey. |

| CCA began in November 1985 with about 40 believers. This core group desired to become a local church that emphasized (1) meaningful personal and corporate worship, (2) strong proclamation of the Word of God with relevant and practical application, and (3) a ministry that would make an impact on the community. | |

In July of 1998, CCA entered into a relationship with Northland - A Church Distributed of Longwood , FL. The relationship with Northland reflects a shared vision and ministry between two bodies. In January 2000, CCA called Darin Shaw to serve the body as Senior Pastor. In September of 2002 we celebrated our Open House in our new facility, located at 58 Merrimack Rd, Amherst, NH. In October of 2002, Mike Knight joined the CCA staff as Pastor of Student Ministries. |
