has served as the Senior Pastor
at Christ's Church since January of 2000.

Prior to moving to New Hampshire, Darin ministered for 6 years as the pastor of Lamppost Community Church, a small non-denominational congregation in Central Florida.

"I actually flew up to Christ's Church from Florida as pulpit supply over the Thanksgiving holiday in 1999. I really just intended to spend the weekend and come home. God had other plans."

Darin received his Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies and Pastoral Ministry from Florida Bible College in 1996, and he completed his Master's of Ministry Degree through Southwest Bible College and Theological Seminary in 2002.

Darin and his wife Shari reside in Amherst with their four girls, Amanda, Katelyn, Rebecca and Emily.

"The answer is 'no, we weren't trying until we had a boy!' The truth is, Shari and I wouldn't know what to do if we had a son. For starters, the hand-me-down cycle of clothing and toys would be broken. I love having all girls."

Shari is an accomplished flutist, and serves at Christ's Church both as a worship leader and musician. Amanda and Katie have been active in the children's ministries at C.C.A. and have also lent their voices from time to time to the worship team.

The Shaw family spends a lot of time together centered around the girls' activities. With any spare time, Darin can be found playing guitar or tinkering with his 1967 Ford Mustang.
